Rev. Marty Granger

Founder & President

After a short career as a public school teacher and 20 years as a director with Youth for Christ/USA, Marty has invested the last 2+ decades as a ministry entrepreneur - assisting men and women to carry out their God-given mission through his organizational and mentoring activities. In 1996 he began the current ministry sponsorship program of adopting ministries under the legal, administrative and human resource umbrella of Ministry Alliance (formerly Faith in the Family International).

In 1999 Marty co-founded the Washington (DC) Area Coalition of Men's Ministries in order to help men's ministry leaders in churches and organizations to "do together what they cannot do alone" through gathering men for events, training leaders, and equipping local churches throughout the National Capital Region and around the nation.

Marty and his wife Jerrye married in 1967 and have two adult children, three granddaughters, three grandsons and one great granddaughter.

Tim Granger

Executive Director

Tim’s desire is to see ministry leaders use their unique gifting as they fulfill their calling as part of the Great Commission of Jesus Christ. Tim earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Messiah College in Grantham, PA in 1994. His work history and experience includes being the Operations Manager of a Motorola dealership in Northern Virginia from 1995-1999 and serving as the Ministry Services Manager for MINISTRY ALLIANCE from 1999-2004. In 2010 Tim received his Masters of Theological Studies degree in Christian Leadership from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC and was appointed Executive Director by the MINISTRY ALLIANCE Board of Directors. He currently holds his ministerial credentials with the Next Leadership Association. Tim and his beautiful wife Chari live in Charlotte, NC. Chari is an RN and currently works at Atrium (Carolinas Medical Center) as a clinical trial research nurse. They have four children, Jacob (16), Wyatt (13) and twins Caleb and Cora (11).
